RENT OF APARTMENT FIG I AND FIG II
Working period: 5 months per year, non-stop from 05/06/2020 to 5/11/2020
Apartment’s price for 4 persons:
- 70 EUR per night plus tourist plus promotional tax for the municipality of Koper for 4 in more days
- 75 EUR per night plus tourist plus promotional tax for the municipality of Koper for 3 days stay
- 160 EUR for a two-night’s stay plus tourist plus promotional tax for the municipality of Koper
- 100 EUR for one-night rent plus tourist plus promotional tax for the municipality of Koper
Options:
- extra bed 10 EUR per day for a permanence of 5 persons in the apartment; available upon previous agreement
- baby cot 10 EUR per day; available upon previous agreement
Prices include: use of the apartment, water and electricity consumption, Internet connection via WI-FI, bed linen and towels.
Touristic and promotional taxes are not included in the price. Touristic and promotional taxes for the municipality of Koper are 2,00 EUR per person per day for adults and 1 EUR per day for children from 7 to 18 years. Children up to 7 years of age and disabled do not pay the touristic and promotional taxes.
Prices are determined considering reservations and seasonal trends.
